Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Independent, yet a strong team player.
• Willing to travel for outstation or overseas projects.
• Own transport is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain good relationships with clients to deliver excellent service.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and manage project documents, keeping them accurate and up to date.
• Plan and manage event timelines, site inspections, and on-site execution.
• Support the team in delivering successful exhibitions and events.
