Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Business Development Executive to service merchants and dealers in Kuala Lumpur. You will train and support partners, handle inquiries, and maintain strong relationships to ensure satisfaction.

The role also covers market monitoring, reporting, and planning visitation to monitor dealer performance. You will assist in marketing campaigns, design POP materials, and support promotional events.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous training, briefings, and support to merchants/dealers.
• Attend to inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain strong relationships with business partners and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Regularly update management on market trends, merchant feedback, and dealer performance.
• Generate weekly/monthly visitation plans and monitor dealer sales performance.
• Provide insights on competitor activities and overall market conditions.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive engagement.
• Design, set up, and distribute POP materials at merchant/dealer outlets.
• Support promotional events organized by manufacturers, merchants, dealers, or the company.
