Job summary

TAZTE TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD is seeking an Operations Executive to support day-to-day operations, merchant onboarding, voucher operations, and campaign execution.

You will collaborate with Partnerships, Marketing, Finance and Product teams, manage documentation, and prepare operational reports for leadership review. The role suits a candidate with 1–3 years in operations and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration or merchant support.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to communicate directly with merchants and attend outlet visits when required.
• Willing and able to respond to urgent merchant operational matters outside normal working hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate merchant onboarding and operational setup.
• Support voucher setup, launches and redemption operations.
• Prepare merchant GMV, voucher redemption and operational reports.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to merchants and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate campaign execution with internal teams and merchants.
• Maintain merchant documentation, trackers and operational records.
• Support operational compliance, quality assurance and process improvements.
• Assist with campaign activations, events and merchant communications.
