Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years in payment/banking/fintech operations.
• Hands-on experience in at least two operational functions (onboarding, card, wallet, acquiring, settlement, or reconciliation).
• Strong understanding of operational controls, process management, and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding activities for partners and merchants with due diligence and go-live support.
• Oversee card operations, including registration, production coordination, and lifecycle support.
• Execute wallet and issuing operations, including fund movements and balance management.
• Support acquiring operations, including fee processing and issue resolution.
• Handle settlement and reconciliation across payment channels with audit-ready documentation.
• Act as escalation point to drive issue resolution, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement.
