Job summary

TAZTE TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD is seeking an Operations Executive to support day-to-day operations, merchant onboarding, voucher operations, and campaign execution.

You will collaborate with Partnerships, Marketing, Finance and Product teams, manage documentation, and prepare operational reports for leadership review. The role suits a candidate with 1–3 years in operations and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration or merchant support.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to communicate directly with merchants and attend outlet visits when required.
• Willing and able to respond to urgent merchant operational matters outside normal working hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required.

The Operations Executive supports the day-to-day operational activities of Tazte, ensuring smooth merchant onboarding, voucher operations, campaign execution, reporting and merchant support while working closely with the Partnerships, Marketing, Finance and Product teams.
