Job summary

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, use Salesforce for onboarding, review leads, upload product images, and track progress in CRM to identify bottlenecks and improve the onboarding journey.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; sales ops or coordination exp is a plus.
• Willingness to learn CRM/tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
• Strong attention to detail when managing content uploads, partner data and documentation.
• Effective English communication with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end merchant onboarding workflows using Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Content, QC, and Operations to process accounts smoothly and ensure quick turnarounds.
• Oversee catalog onboarding, including image and product uploads according to quality guidelines.
• Assist with reviewing, qualifying, and managing inbound leads to support top-of-funnel efficiency.
• Record onboarding progress, lead statuses, and key operational updates in CRM tools.
• Identify process bottlenecks to refine and improve the partner onboarding journey.
