Agensi Pekerjaan RecruitFirst Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven professional to manage end-to-end merchant accounts, drive platform adoption, and foster strong merchant relationships. You will analyze data in Excel, support e-commerce initiatives, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful seller campaigns.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, collaboration, and effective communication to enhance the merchant and seller experience across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field.
• Experience in e-commerce, account management, customer service, or seller operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce business and digital campaigns.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end merchant accounts including campaign submissions, live sessions, affiliate collaborations and internal coordination.
• Build strong merchant relationships and support platform adoption to ensure a positive seller experience.
• Identify business and collaboration opportunities aligned with merchants’ development goals.
• Support e-commerce projects covering assortment growth, price competitiveness, seller outreach and other initiatives.
• Execute daily project operations including incentive management, data scraping, data matching and reporting with accuracy.
