Job summary

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internship or working experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and social media platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with merchant accounts, ensuring timely support and communication.
• Monitor merchant sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Support merchant onboarding and ensure smooth account setup.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive merchant growth.
• Monitor merchant account health and identify opportunities for business improvement.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, merchant information, and marketing materials.
• Conduct merchant outreach and business development to expand the merchant portfolio.
• Stay updated on industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent merchant support and service.
