Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte Ltd is recruiting for an e-commerce operations role in Malaysia. You will manage merchant accounts, run campaigns, and foster merchant relationships to enhance seller adoption and experience.

The role requires a business/e-commerce mindset, strong Excel skills, and excellent analytical and collaborative abilities to identify opportunities and drive projects forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field.
• Experience in e-commerce, account management, customer service, or seller operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce business and digital campaigns.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end merchant accounts, including campaign submissions, live sessions, affiliate collaborations, and internal coordination.
• Build strong merchant relationships, support platform adoption, and ensure a positive seller experience.
• Identify business and collaboration opportunities aligned with merchants’ development goals.
• Support e-commerce projects covering Assortment Growth, Price Competitiveness, Seller Outreach, and other business initiatives.
• Execute daily project operations, including incentive management, data scraping, data matching, and reporting with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data cleaning.
