Job summary

Pine Labs Malaysia is seeking a proactive Retail Sales professional to drive POS and payment solutions across the Klang Valley. You will engage with merchants, understand their business models, and tailor demonstrations to showcase our payment offerings.

In this role you will build lasting relationships with merchant stakeholders, identify upsell opportunities, and work closely with product and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in individual contributor frontline sales or account management.
• Experience in POS/Payment gateway solution sales.
• Experience in Klang Valley area.

Responsibilities

• Engage with merchants to introduce and promote the Payment solutions
• Understand the merchant's business model, payment requirements, and integration needs
• Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations tailored to merchant requirements
• Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to design and propose customized payment solutions
• Serve as a strategic advisor to key accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant stakeholders to drive long-term business growth
• Continuously monitor merchant performance and provide insights to enhance product adoption and satisfaction
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts
