Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Business Development Executive (Servicing Role) to provide training and support to merchants/dealers, attend inquiries, and maintain strong partner relationships.

You will monitor market trends, plan dealer visits, and contribute insights on competitors. You will assist marketing campaigns, set up POP materials, and support events organized by manufacturers and the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in business development, client servicing, sales, or customer service.
• Fresh graduates with own transport are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous training, briefings, and support to merchants/dealers.
• Attend inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and timely.
• Maintain strong relationships with business partners and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, merchant feedback, and dealer performance.
• Generate weekly/monthly visitation plans and monitor dealer sales performance.
• Provide insights on competitor activities and overall market conditions.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive engagement.
• Design, set up, and distribute POP materials at merchant outlets.
• Support promotional events organized by manufacturers, merchants, dealers, or the company.
