Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive cum Client Servicing to identify new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts and ensuring long-term satisfaction. You will be the primary contact for high-value clients, drive revenue growth, and coordinate across teams to meet client needs.

With 2–3 years in sales or client servicing and a degree in a related field, you will leverage CRM tools and strong communication skills to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, HR, IT or related field.
• 2–3 years in sales, business development, account management or client servicing.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for high-value stakeholders, ensuring their business outcomes are realized
• Oversee the transition from sales to service, ensuring onboarding and managing escalations
• Align internal departments (Marketing, Product, Finance) to meet client needs
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to increase Customer Lifetime Value
• Consistently work toward and meet predefined sales quotas (weekly, monthly, or annual)
• Use CRM tools to track leads, document sales activities, and provide accurate performance forecasts to management
