Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential advisors through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Recruitment: Develop and implement strategies to attract new advisors and explain marketing plans and benefits.
• Training & Development: Conduct product training sessions, business opportunities presentations, and motivational workshops.
• Sales & Promotion: Promote products and services, support advisors in achieving sales targets, and increase product penetration.
• Marketing Management: Lead marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and meet KPIs.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with advisors and members.
• Event Coordination: Organize company events and promotional activities to boost team engagement.
• Market Expansion: Explore new markets and regions for business growth.
• Reporting & Analysis: Maintain detailed records and prepare regular reports for management.
• Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all activities comply with policies and regulations.
