Job summary

BEAUTY COSMETICS SDN. BHD. is seeking a field trainer to monitor stock, maintain displays, and drive retailer engagement across outlets in Malaysia. You will coach Beauty Advisors on product knowledge and sales skills while supporting launches, promotions, and merchandising initiatives.

The role involves regular outlet visits, field coaching, and reporting on visits, training, and market feedback. English and Malay communication skills are essential, with a proactive, independent work style.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in beauty, cosmetics, retail, or training.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malay.
• Passionate about the beauty industry, eager to learn and grow.
• Strong presentation and people skills, confident speaking in front of groups.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently under HQ guidance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and follow up on product orders to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Maintain product displays, testers, planograms, and promotional materials according to company standards.
• Build good relationships with store personnel and conduct regular outlet visits.
• Train and coach Beauty Advisors on product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.
• Support product launches, roadshows, promotions, and other retail activities.
• Monitor promoter performance and provide field coaching for improvement.
• Prepare and submit store visit, training, merchandising, and sales reports.
• Gather market feedback and work closely with the Sales Supervisor, Trainer, and Management team.
