Job summary

AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA is seeking a Senior Training Executive / Assistant Manager to develop and deliver training content for INNISFREE & Aestura, fostering continuous improvement and exceptional retail performance.

The role requires 3–7 years of beauty training experience, a diploma or degree, and willingness to travel regularly for training and field support. You will coach on selling methods and uphold brand standards at the point of sale.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA is looking for a Senior Training Executive / Assistant Manager to handle our eco-friendly Beauty Brand - INNISFREE & Aestura. As the Trainer, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering training content, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring exceptional retail performance and customer service.

You will play an important role, such as:

Job & Responsibilities

• - Demonstrates a good understanding of core training responsibilities.
• - Able to manage and deliver multi-channel (OBS/MBS) training programmes effectively.
• -Capable of developing training content and delivering engaging training sessions.
• - Able to identify training needs and provide appropriate learning solutions.
• - Competent in planning and delivering product, technical, customer service, selling skills, and orientation training.
• - Understands the importance of driving retail performance through effective training.
• - Supports continuous improvement of training content and processes.
• - Monitors training effectiveness and follows up on learning outcomes.
• - Conducts field coaching to improve selling skills and service standards.
• - Able to coach BA on selling methods and service flow to support sales performance.
• - Maintains brand standards at the point of sale, including grooming, display, and cleanliness.
• - Manages service and sales tools effectively.
• - Needs to demonstrate greater independence, initiative, and ownership when managing training projects, field coaching, and problem-solving with minimal supervision.

To be successful in this role, you would need to have:

• - Candidates must possess a diploma/ degree or equivalent
• - At least 3-7 years of training experience in the industry of beauty/cosmetics
• - Demonstrates good product knowledge and training delivery skills.
• - Shows genuine interest and passion for the beauty industry.
• - Preferably Senior Executive specialized in beauty or equivalent
• - Willing to travel regularly for training and field support.
• - Flexible to support brand events during weekends when required.
