Job summary

Businesslist in Malaysia seeks an experienced Beauty Trainer to lead product and sales training for beauty advisors and retail teams. You will deliver makeup and skincare workshops, demonstrations, and masterclasses to build product knowledge and selling confidence.

You will develop training materials, assess effectiveness, support new product launches, coach teams on customer engagement, and stay ahead of market trends.

Qualifications
