Job summary

Seven Retail Group is seeking a Beauty Trainer to train and develop our clinic team, focusing on treatment techniques, product knowledge, service standards, and ensuring consistent quality across the clinic.

You will conduct hands-on training, coordinate with Indonesia HQ on new products, develop training materials, assess staff, and travel between clinics to share best practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in beauty, aesthetic, skincare, spa, or clinic-related services.
• Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare products, and treatment procedures.
• Confident in hands-on demonstrations and coaching.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service and treatment standards.
• Able to travel between clinics when required.
• Relevant beauty/aesthetic certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical and hands-on training for beauty treatments, products, equipment, and procedures.
• Coordinate with Indonesia HQ on new products, treatments, and procedures and arrange training for the Malaysia team.
• Develop and update training materials, treatment guides, SOPs, and assessment materials.
• Conduct practical assessments to evaluate employees' technical skills and knowledge.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve employees' treatment techniques, product knowledge, and service standards.
• Identify training gaps and arrange refresher or follow-up training where required.
• Support the rollout of new treatments, products, and procedures across clinics.
• Maintain training records, attendance, assessment results, and employee competency records.
• Work closely with Area Manager and Operations to address recurring training and performance gaps.
• Prepare simple training reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
