Job summary

Ksisters Pte Ltd is seeking a passionate Makeup Advisor to represent our K-Beauty brand across retail locations in Klang Valley. You will be the face of the brand, building relationships, creating engaging shopping experiences, and ensuring products shine on the shelves.

You’ll visit different stores and meet customers daily, with your own transport to travel between locations. Strong makeup skills and customer service are essential, with fluency in Malay and English a must.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience promoting or selling makeup brands.
• Hands-on makeup application experience when assisting customers.
• K-beauty brand experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in retail environments (Watsons, Guardian, or similar).
• Strong passion for makeup and beauty trends with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Represent Ksisters Pte Ltd as the makeup advisor across Klang Valley retail locations.
• Build lasting relationships and create engaging shopping experiences to showcase products.
• Lead makeup demonstrations and educate customers on product benefits.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in promoting or selling makeup brands, with hands-on experience applying makeup on customers.
• Prior experience in K-beauty brands is highly preferred.
• Experienced working in retail environments such as Watsons, Guardian, or similar channels.
• Deep passion for makeup and beauty trends, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to conduct makeup demonstrations and educate customers on product benefits.
• Fluent in Malay & English (Mandarin is a plus) to connect effectively with a diverse customer base.
• Independent, proactive, and self-motivated, with own transport and willingness to travel regularly between retail locations.
