Job summary

Shiseido in Malaysia is seeking a passionate Beauty Consultant to guide clients through skincare and cosmetics, delivering personalized consultations and product recommendations for memorable shopping experiences.

You'll stay updated on the latest beauty trends and innovations, building trust-based relationships with customers while driving sales targets and delivering a seamless omnichannel journey across Klang Valley stores, including flagship outlets and Watsons.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a similar industry.
• Strong passion for the beauty industry and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Warm personality with a goal-oriented mindset and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Possessing certificates in Facial Treatment or Makeup Artistry will be an added advantage.
