Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable with on-site/event-based work.
• CRM, marketing, loyalty programme, or customer service experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Data verification at events, concourses, and expo locations.
• Provide on-site support according to project schedules.
• Assist with monthly loyalty programme setup and campaign execution.
