Job summary

RecruitFirst is seeking a capable candidate for a contract role in Kuala Lumpur to support CRM and marketing operations for events and loyalty programs. You will verify data at events, manage on-site activities, and coordinate with the customer service team to ensure strong member engagement.

The role requires a diploma or degree in marketing or business, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel. On-site work with flexible hours is required for project schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience in CRM, marketing operations, loyalty programs, or event support is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel and comfortable with CRM systems.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to work on-site and flexible hours based on project/event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with data verification at event concourse and expo locations
• Station on-site based on project schedule
• Support monthly loyalty program mechanics setup
• Work closely with CS team to ensure smooth member engagement
• Follow standard procedures and data accuracy requirements
• Responsible for supporting CRM and marketing operations through campaign execution, system support, and crossfunctional coordination to ensure effective campaign delivery, and smooth daytoday CRM operations
