Job summary

The Flexi Group in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Community Officer to drive an unrivalled member experience, build partnerships, run events, and support sales-oriented activities at our Kuala Lumpur locations.

You will collaborate with the management team to deliver outstanding service, create engaging content, and assist with onboarding and space operations, contributing to a vibrant community and growth for the brand.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of work experience in customer service, events, business operations or sales is preferred.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Ability to connect well with people; friendly and approachable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Reliable and self-driven with the ability to work in a team or independently.
• Experience with Google Drive and Excel is advantageous.
• Native English speaker; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalised, high-quality member experience and manage day-to-day operations.
• Develop relationships with members and understand their needs to improve the experience.
• Coordinate sales activities, conduct location tours and support meeting targets.
• Attend and support internal events while representing the location.
• Create and share engaging content on social media with the team.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
• Ensure space cleanliness and upkeep, liaising with managers as needed.
• Support admin tasks, invoicing, and monthly reporting as required.
