The Flexi Group is seeking an entrepreneurial Location Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our Penang site, ensuring exceptional member experiences, events, and revenue growth. You will oversee front desk, facilities, finance tasks, and team training, coordinating with the Senior Location Manager and Country Manager.

The role emphasizes community development, partnerships, and high occupancy through proactive sales activities, tours, and personalized service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in a customer-facing leadership position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive member engagement and events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and finance tasks: invoicing, payments, and reporting.
• Lead and train the community team to deliver high-quality member experiences.
• Drive weekly community initiatives and events to foster connections.
• Ensure space cleanliness, maintenance, and budget adherence.
• Manage sales activities to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with People and Ops teams for smooth location operations.
