The Flexi Group is seeking a proactive Community Officer to foster a welcoming, collaborative environment across its Kuala Lumpur spaces. You’ll host events, build member connections, and help the community thrive while ensuring smooth venue operations and strong service standards.

Ideal candidates will have a Diploma or degree in sales, business development or hospitality, plus strong communication skills and a passion for entrepreneurial communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or degree in sales, business development or hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Sales experience is a plus and helpful for memberships.

Responsibilities

• Manage venue operations and deliver high member satisfaction.
• Create community initiatives through events and introductions.
• Drive occupancy targets and growth for the venue.
• Oversee admin, billing, and weekly/monthly reporting.
• Lead, train, and support the team to meet sales goals.
• Collaborate with landlords, vendors and CG HQ to achieve objectives.
