Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer fronting role or order processing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Ability to read and write Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Keep team calendar up to date and act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and service demand.
• Interact with customers via phone, email, text, chat or other platforms.
• Receive and handle customer requests for equipment issues, repairs and maintenance.
• Enter customer requests into ServiceMax and ensure SAP invoicing is completed.
• Check warranty status and determine chargeability to customers.
• Coordinate loan equipment and manage repair/loan documentation and approvals.
• Liaise with warehouse and HQ for parts, transfers, and services.
• Monitor contracts and schedule preventive maintenance in ServiceMax.
