Job summary

Atotech an MKS Brand in Malaysia is seeking an Associate Customer Service Executive to partner with the Sales and Internal teams, delivering timely, accurate service to customers and supporting daily operations. You will report to the Customer Service Team Lead and contribute to service excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Admin/ Customer Service.
• Experience in order processing is an added advantage.
• Experience in SAP.
• Able to speak/write Mandarin to liaise with China counterparts.
• Customer-oriented with a service-minded attitude.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customer on PO, price maintenance, customer returns, customer billing and delivery documents etc.
• Handle customer complaints by coordinating with relevant stakeholders in order to seek for appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Build sustainable relationships and customer trust through interactive and professional communications either by phone calls or emails.
• Always seek for continuous process improvements in regard to customer services.
