Job summary

CB Talents SP in Malaysia is seeking a Service Advisor fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English to join our customer care team on local shifts. The role focuses on handling inquiries, scheduling and ensuring timely service delivery in a dynamic environment.

You will communicate with Mandarin and Cantonese customers, coordinate with internal teams, manage service documentation, and follow up to maintain high customer satisfaction. Rotational shifts from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in any field.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (spoken, written).
• Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and service requests via phone, email, and in person.
• Communicate with Mandarin- and Cantonese-speaking customers to understand their needs.
