The role involves visiting healthcare professionals, delivering product presentations, and building strong relationships to drive product utilization and growth. • 1–3 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or medical industry preferred; fresh graduates with science background welcome.
• Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel within West Malaysia.
• Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree in Science or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales opportunities within existing accounts while expanding the customer base across hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals—doctors, pharmacists, purchasers, and nursing staff to build and maintain relationships.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and ensure up-to-date product knowledge for healthcare stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication between customers and internal teams regarding orders, feedback, and market insights.
• Drive product utilization, encourage repeat purchases, and identify growth opportunities within assigned territories.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Maintain and update customer databases for accuracy.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales reports, forecasts, and call plans promptly.
• Participate in medical events, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand presence and networking.

• Melaka (Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Muar and Segamat) - Private Hospital

Job Summary

As a Medical Sales Representative, your key tasks include:

• Developing and managing sales opportunities within existing accounts while actively expanding the customer base across hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets aligned with company objectives.
• Conducting regular visits to healthcare professionals—doctors, pharmacists, purchasers, and nursing staff to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships.
• Delivering compelling product presentations and ensuring accurate, up-to-date product knowledge for healthcare stakeholders.
• Facilitating effective communication between customers and internal teams regarding orders, feedback, and market insights.
• Driving product utilization, encouraging repeat purchases, and identifying growth opportunities within assigned territories.
• Monitoring competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and providing actionable insights to the management team.
• Maintaining and updating customer databases for accuracy and relevance.
• Preparing and submitting monthly sales reports, forecasts, and call plans promptly.

• Collaborating closely with the Marketing Team and immediate supervisor during field activities.
• Supporting market research initiatives for both existing and new product development.

Qualification & Experience

• 1–3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry is preferred. Fresh graduates with a science-related background are also welcome to apply.
• Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel within West Malaysia.
