Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a leading distributor of professional dental products in Johor Bahru. We are seeking a Medical Sales Representative to build new business and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists and healthcare professionals.

The role involves presenting products, identifying needs, and coordinating meetings and events. Fresh graduates are welcome; travel and a dynamic, sales‑driven environment are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of SPM/ Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• 1-3 years of sales experience in medical field advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Possess valid driving license with own transport.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Working hours: Mon–Fri 9:00am–6:00pm.

We are representing our client a leading distributor in professional dental products to look for Medical Sales Representative to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Scheduling meetings with potential and existing customers, which includes Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurses, and other health care professionals
• Presenting company products to potential and existing customers and persuading them to make purchases
• Identifying customers' needs and recommending company products that best fulfill those needs
• Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service
• Arranging conferences and group events for medical professionals
• Regularly attending industry events, training, company meetings, briefings, and educational workshops
• Researching competitors products, pricing, and market success
• Preparing sales reports as well as territory analyses and submitting them to management.

Job Requirements:

• Min SPM/ Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in any field
• Fresh graduates with a passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow are welcome to apply
• 1-3 years of sales experience in the medical field will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Possess valid driving license with own transport
• Remuneration package : Basic salary + Allowances + Quarterly Commission
• Working hours : Mon - Fri (9.00am - 6.00pm)
• Must be willing to travel
