Job summary

Unimed Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to represent our premium KCK & herbal product range across clinics, GP practices, pharmacies, dental and veterinary clinics in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive daily promotional activities, build new business, and work with the Sales Manager to achieve targets while expanding market share.

The ideal candidate holds a science or medical-related degree, has at least 2 years in pharma or healthcare, and can travel with a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• Degree in science or medical-related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare.
• Own car with valid driving license and willingness to travel.
• Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and administrative abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Malaysian citizens or valid residence status.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily sales and promotional activities to create awareness.
• Achieve/exceed sales targets in the assigned zone.
• Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Build new clients and penetrate existing ones.
• Monitor collections in the assigned zone.
• Maintain product knowledge across portfolios.
• Implement action plans and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager and Medical Team on sales plans.

Job description

With an expansion in the company growth, we offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual seeking to develop their sales career representing Unimed Sdn Bhd premium brand, KCK & herbal range of product. Required to cover clinics (GPs), pharmacies, dental clinic, veterinary clinics.

• Conduct sales and promotional activities on daily basis to create awareness and demand for Unimed's range of products covered by Hospital Division (i.e. both public and private hospitals).
• Achieve/exceed allocated sales targets set by the company consistently through effective and efficient promotional and marketing activities in the assigned zone.
• Proactively acts to understand customer needs, conduct market surveys, identify solutions, and actively creates sales opportunities with existing clients to grow the market share.
• Build up and penetrate new clients.
• Monitor and conduct collection in the assigned zone.
• Maintaining a good understanding of product knowledge for the assigned portfolios.
• Implement action/marketing plans and strategy laid out by the company for assigned zone.
• Work with Sales Manager and Medical Team to define sales strategy/plans for the product portfolio.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification of Degree in Science or Medical related discipline.
• At least two (2) year solid working experience in in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry is an advantage.
• Quick learner and possess good understanding on medical related subjects.
• Must possess own car with valid driving license and willing to travel extensively.
• Possess good communication skill both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia with confident nature, positive, responsible with ability to work independently.
• Computer literate with strong administrative abilities.
• Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team.
