Job summary

CIMed Healthcare Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Medical Sales Representative (Business & Clinical Associate) to build relationships with doctors, pharmacists and nurses and promote our medical devices. The role involves clinical support in operating theatres, product demonstrations, and collaboration with sales and marketing to drive growth.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. A Bachelor's degree in a related field, English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency, driving license, and willingness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical science or related field.
• 1–2 years in a medical representative role; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Orthopedics or Medical Device experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, pharmacists and nurses.
• Promote and sell medical devices to healthcare professionals.
• Manage existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
• Educate on product usage, features and benefits.
• Attend operating theatre cases to provide clinical support.
• Gather market intelligence to support growth strategies.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, trainings and other promotions.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and provide excellent service.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to execute campaigns.

What you'll be doing

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses
• Promote and sell our medical devices to healthcare professionals
• Managing existing client relationships while developing new business opportunities
• Educate healthcare professionals on product usage, features and benefits
• Attend operating theatre cases to provide clinical support
• Gather market intelligence and feedback to support business growth strategies
• Coordinate and participate in product demonstrations, training sessions, and other promotional activities
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute effective campaigns and activities

We are looking for someone who is

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in medical science, Biomedical Science, Biology, Pharmacy, or related field
• Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in a similar medical representative role
• Fresh graduates with strong passion and learning attitude are encouraged to apply
• Experience in Orthopedics or Medical Device industry is an added advantage
• Confident, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and selling skills
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written)
• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel
