Job summary

ELITE MANUFACTURING SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. is seeking a Mechanical Sales Support Engineer in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves liaising with USA clients and sales personnel on projects and leading the domestic team, with hybrid work at The Exchange TRX Office.

The candidate should have a mechanical engineering background or related experience, strong knowledge of electromechanical parts, and familiarity with ISO9000/TS16949 and PPAP documentation. Evening video conferences may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Mechanical/Electromechanical engineering
• Proficient in 3D design and 2D drawing software
• Over 2 years of machinery manufacturing experience; familiar with ISO9000/TS16949 and PPAP preparation
• Experience communicating with US customers and coordinating with procurement/development teams

• Track US market feedback and relay to domestic sales team

International trading company looking for a Mechanical Engineering. Candidate should have a mechanical engineering background or have prior experience in this field. The role will involve liaising with USA clients/sales personnel on projects and leading the domestic team.

Working hours: Flexible, Evening work hour are preferred

Work Location: The Exchange TRX Office (Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur)

Job Responsibilities:

• 1. Responsible for products and electromechanical parts.
• 2. Responsible for communicating with American customers and sales team, collecting and sorting out customer's product needs, including functional and testing requirements, meeting standards, and providing timely feedback to the China procurement and development team.
• 3. Responsible for tracking the feedback of our company's products in the US market, collecting it in a timely manner and feeding it back to the domestic sales team.

Required skills:

• 2. Electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, college degree or above.
• 3. Proficient in using 3D design software and 2D drawing software.
• 4. Must be familiar with metal materials, heat treatment, metal surface treatment, casting and CNC machining processes, and have more than 2 years of relevant experience in the machinery manufacturing industry, must be familiar with quality management systems, familiar with ISO9000 and TS16949, and familiar with the preparation of PPAP documents and submission
• 5. Working time and location: The Exchange TRX Office (Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur). Sometimes video conferences need to be held at night; working hours are relatively free and Hybrid work
