Job summary
Exis Tech Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a mechanical engineer responsible for liaising with clients on mechanical improvements, analyzing hardware issues, and coordinating solutions during manufacturing.
The role requires a solid background in mechatronics/automation, proficiency with SolidWorks, and willingness to travel. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechatronics, Mechanical Design & Automation, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in non-standard automation equipment design. Fresh graduate with initiative & proactive attitude is encouraged to apply.
- Ability to select, verify, and apply transmission components such as lead screws, motors, timing belts, and linear guides; basic knowledge of sensors and vacuum components such as cylinders and vacuum generators.
- Proficient in using SolidWorks for 3D design and mechanical drafting.
- Familiar with conventional machining processes, assembly processes, and the properties of commonly used machining materials.
- Good solution evaluation and troubleshooting skills.
- Able to work under pressure, with good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to travel as required, including short- to medium-term business trips.
- Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage (for communication with China).
