Job summary

Syspex Mechatronic (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Applications & Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales) in Bayan Lepas, Penang. You will understand customer requirements and propose machine/automation solutions, collaborating with overseas machine makers and system integrators to develop accurate solutions and costing.

You will support Sales with customer presentations, product trials, and site visits, and coordinate project progress, technical clarifications, approvals, and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in engineering, machinery, automation or related industry.
• Interested in machines, automation and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable machine/automation solutions.
• Work closely with overseas machine makers and system integrators to develop accurate solutions and costing.
• Support Sales in customer presentations, product trials, and site visits.

Who We’re Looking For

Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering or related field.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in engineering, machinery, automation or related industry.

Interested in machines, automation and problem-solving.

Comfortable meeting customers and discussing technical requirements.

Able to communicate in Mandarin with customers and suppliers.

Willing to travel to customer sites when required.
