Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechatronics, Mechanical Design & Automation, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in non-standard automation equipment design. Fresh graduate with initiative & proactive attitude is encouraged to apply.
• Ability to select, verify, and apply transmission components such as lead screws, motors, timing belts, and linear guides; basic knowledge of sensors and vacuum components such as cylinders and vacuum generators.
• Proficient in using SolidWorks for 3D design and mechanical drafting.
• Familiar with conventional machining processes, assembly processes, and the properties of commonly used machining materials.
• Good solution evaluation and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work under pressure, with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to travel as required, including short- to medium-term business trips.
• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage (for communication with China).

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients on technical improvement requirements and solutions related to the mechanical aspects of equipment.
• Analyze hardware issues reported by the after-sales technical department and identify root causes.
• Coordinate and handle hardware issues arising during the manufacturing and debugging process in the workshop.
• Develop design rules, troubleshooting manuals, and other technical documentation based on client feedback and solution development.
