Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance of production, electrical equipment or HVAC systems.
• Maintain the facilities maintenance schedule.
• Maintain HVAC equipment to ensure climate control within the facility.
• Perform and supervise maintenance repairs and respond to emergencies.
• Ensure safe operation by maintaining equipment and supplies.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and diagnose breakdowns (e.g., electric panels, rectifiers, instruments).
• Address damaged electrical wiring and check control panels and wiring for issues.
• Review daily work orders and generate reports; ensure proper data collection.
• Fit new parts and ensure equipment operates correctly; arrange procurement of fixtures and components.
• Work with PLCs controlling factory assembly lines.

Job description

To enable the efficient production of the plant and improve profitability, by improving the production facilities (reducing trouble and enhancing process stability), removing irrational factors and solving fundamental issues.

To manage boilers, pumps, air-conditioners, blowers, condensers and various piping machinery. The main task is to maintain and improve the processes of the production utilities and equipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance of production, electrical equipment or HVAC system
• Maintain the facilities maintenance schedule
• Maintaining the HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly
• Perform and supervise maintenance related repairs and deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
• Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure safe operation of the facility
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and diagnose breakdown problems (e.g. electric panel, rectifier, instruments and etc.,)
• Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs
• Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
• Review daily work orders and provide reports
• Review all documentation to ensure proper data collection
• Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly
• Arrange specialist, procurement of fixtures and fittings or components
• Work with specialist equipment, such as programmable logic controllers (PLC), which control machinery on factory assembly lines

Job Requirements

• Possess minimum a Bachelor's Degree in related disciplines such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or major HVAC related
• English speaking, reading and writing
