Job summary

Lotte EM Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Kuching, Sarawak, seeks a Production Engineer to manage personnel, equipment and production processes to ensure timely, high-quality output.

You will monitor production indicators, implement maintenance plans, lead shift teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, with priority given to candidates with leadership and Korean language ability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related disciplines as listed.
• Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel, equipment and production processes to meet targets.
• Facilitate production of high quality products in required quantities and timelines.
• Monitor production indicators (volume, yield, defect rate) and establish maintenance and investment plans.
• Lead and supervise operators; ensure SOPs are followed; work on shift.

Job description

Manage personnel, equipment and production processes.

Facilitate the production of the best quality product at the required quantity and at the required time.

To manage production indicators (production volume, yield, defect rate) and establish maintenance plans and facility investment plans.

Carry out all the tasks and activities to improve the production quantity, yield and equipment operation rate.

Well inform of SOP and supervise the operators

Job Requirements

Possess minimum a Bachelor's Degree in related disciplines such as Industrial Chemical, New Materials, Statistics or Metallurgical Engineering

Computer literacy essential with knowledgeable about Microsoft application

Excellent command of spoken and written in English

Strong interpersonal skill with high degree of integrity maturity.

With pleasant personality such as positive attitude, self-motivated, cautious, responsible and extrovert.

Leadership and people management skills; able to work as a team and independently

Able to work on shift
