Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle network management and setup of work computers for management staff.
• Manage IT assets including laptops, desktops, printers, etc.
• Maintain and update asset listings.
• Dispose of IT assets and equipment.
• Manage printer rental agreements and monthly settlements.
• Oversee network construction within the factory premises.
• Coordinate IT upgrades and collaborate with the DT team.
• Oversee in-factory/post management, TV post, and welcome boards.
• Monitor CCTV recording and backups.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job description

1. Handle network management and setup of work computer for management staff.

2. Handle all the IT asset management such as laptops, desktops, printers etc.

3. Facilitate the management of computer equipment asset listing

4. Handle disposal of any IT related asset and equipment

5. Facilitate the printer rental agreement and monthly settlement

6. Handle the networking construction work within the factory premises

7. Handle all the IT equipment upgrading work and additional construction (DT team collaboration)

8. Handle the in-factory post management, TV post management and customer visit welcome board

9. Handle the CCTV recording and back-up record

10. Ad-hoc task assigned by the management from time to time

Job Requirements:

1.Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent

2. Possess more than 3 years of working experience in similar role especially in IT infrastructure management, working experience in manufacturing field will be an added advantage.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

4. Good communication skills, strong interpersonal skill with high degree of integrity

5.Ability to work as a team and work independently

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
