Job summary

Responsibilities

Supervise the maintenance of production, electrical equipment or HVAC systems.
Maintain the facilities maintenance schedule.
Maintain HVAC equipment to ensure climate control within the facility.
Perform and supervise maintenance repairs and respond to emergencies.
Ensure safe operation by maintaining equipment and supplies.
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and diagnose breakdowns (e.g., electric panels, rectifiers, instruments).
Address damaged electrical wiring and check control panels and wiring for issues.
Review daily work orders and generate reports; ensure proper data collection.
Fit new parts and ensure equipment operates correctly; arrange procurement of fixtures and components.
Work with PLCs controlling factory assembly lines.
