Job summary

Lotte EM Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Kuching, Sarawak, invites experienced maintenance professionals to join the electrical and electronics engineering team. You will plan inspections, maintain facilities, and ensure safety and reliability of operations.

The role requires PLC/HMI familiarity (Siemens/Mitsubishi), CAD/EPlan drawings, and strong communication in English; 2+ years in related field preferred. Join us to contribute to manufacturing of Elecfoil copper foil for battery applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical & electronic engineering or any field of engineering.
• 2+ years in related field; advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge in electrical system design and CAD/EPlan drawings.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Good interpersonal skills and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement regular inspection plan for facilities.
• Manage documentation of inspection and maintenance activities.
• Identify and address safety issues in facility operations.
• Capable with Siemens or Mitsubishi PLC and HMI development; Servo Driver and Inventor Controller.
• Troubleshoot, perform preventive and scheduled maintenance.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management.

• Establishing and implementing regular inspection plan to repair and maintaining the company facilities
• Managing documentations of inspection and maintenance activity
• Identifying and solving safety issues for facility operation
• Capability in using Siemens or Mitsubishi PLC (Program Logic Controllers) and HMI program development, as well as Servo Driver and Inventor Controller
• Knowledge in troubleshooting and problem solving, experience in preventive and schedule maintenance
• Any additional task that is assigned by the management from time to time

Job Requirement:

• Candidates must possess at least bachelor's degree in electrical & electronic or any field of engineering
• Working experience of 2 years or more in related field will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Knowledge in designing electrical system and drawing by CAD/EPlan
• Good command of spoken and writing skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skill with high degree of integrity
