Review electrical design, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications.
Supervise installation of electrical systems, including cables, panels, and substations.
Perform testing, inspection, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
Coordinate with Main contractors and vendors on electrical works and technical issues.
Ensure compliance with project standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
Support energization and start-up activities.
Supervise electrical installation, cable routing, and electrical system maintenance.
Monitor the operation and performance of electrical equipment and systems.
Perform testing, inspection, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve faults.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety, technical standards, and operating procedures.
Support electrical system energization, start-up, and ongoing plant operations.
Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure reliable and continuous power supply.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in refinery, petrochemical, or EPC projects.
Experience in electrical system installation, testing, and commissioning.
Familiar with power distribution systems, switchgear, transformers, and cabling.
Knowledge of electrical standards and regulations.
Familiar with AutoCAD or other similar drawing software, with ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
Experience in electrical equipment/material selection, technical evaluation, and procurement activities.
Knowledge of electrical testing, troubleshooting, and inspection procedures.
Ability to support pre-commissioning, energization, and start-up activities.
Possession of a High-Voltage Electrician Certificate.
Registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) or eligible for registration.
Good command of English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
