Job summary

Glowtec Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced electrical project professional to manage and supervise site activities in Port Klang, Malaysia. The role involves planning, documentation, and coordinating with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with electrical systems, PLCs, and instrumentation, plus strong drawing-reading skills and a safe working approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical or Electronics.
• 5–6 years' experience in related field; fresh graduates welcome for training.
• Familiar with HV/LV, motor starter, PLC, and instrumentation systems.
• Able to read technical drawings and safety procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Own transport; Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin an added advantage.
• MS Office and AutoCAD proficiency.

Requirements:

• Leadership Experience: Gain experience in leading teams, supervising installation projects, and managing maintenance workflows.
• Must possess a Diploma/ Degree in Electrical or Electronics
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of electrical systems, proficiency in reading technical drawings, and knowledge of safety procedures.
• Communicate and explain complex issues and work to establish understanding
• Be fully familiar with the project scope of work, specifications, schedule, and all inter-discipline requirements, including identifying concerns as early as practicable and taking appropriate initiatives to address the issues
• At least 5-6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Fresh graduate is also welcome to apply as training and guidance will be provided from senior staff.
