Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering graduate to contribute to electrical and automation performance across projects in Seberang Perai, Penang. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will be supported to grow in a hands-on maintenance role.

You will draw, amend and update electrical drawings using AutoCAD, prepare BOMs, and assist with calibration, diagnosis and repair using common test equipment. Local travel and longer hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Ability to use schematics, hand tools, electrical gauges and common test equipment for calibration, diagnosis and repair.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently under guidance.
• Willing to travel locally and extend long working hours.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for electrical, automation performance and reliability of projects.
• Draw, amend, revise and update electrical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare BOM lists and ensure correct ordering of controllers and electrical equipment.
• Provide technical advice and solutions to other departments on sourcing, cost-down and training.
• Provide timely reports to section manager or department head.
