Job summary

Ingenium Advance Sdn Bhd is seeking a Diploma-qualified Draughtsman to produce M&E drawings, schematics and single-line diagrams using CAD, BIM/REVIT and related calculations for building services.

You will collect design data from engineers, coordinate with the team and ensure deliverables comply with company standards and deadlines. Fresh graduates are welcome; own transport and driving license are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Draughting/Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in M&E engineering design.
• Experience with CAD and drafting for building M&E services.
• Familiarity with BIM/REVIT is preferred.
• Own transport with valid driving license is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Draughts technical drawings, schematics and single line diagrams from data.

• Provide timely support by delivering complete drawings and models.

Ingenium Advance Sdn Bhd is a young and dynamic M&E Consultant firm involves in the mechanical and electrical consultancy works which include residential, commercial, industrial, mixed development etc. Currently we are actively involved in data centre/mission critical facilities in Johor Bahru region.

To cope with our expansion and increasing market opportunities, we are now seeking dynamic and highly motivated individuals to join us as:

Responsibilities:

Draughting technical drawings, schematics, and single line diagram, using measurements, specifications, and additional data from engineering team.

Collect initial drawings, calculations, and design ideas from engineers, and combine all relevant data into coherent and complete initial design models for review and modification.

Coordinate with engineers to understand project requirements, verify design details and recommend modifications as needed according to company standards and best practices.

Annotate and verify all numerical designations and specifications in technical drawings and schematics, using both CAD programs and manual calculations when necessary

Provide support to engineering team as needed by creating technical drawings and digital models within deadlines and utilizing multiple methods to ensure deliverables include all relevant design details.

Assist in ongoing project to standardize and unify design document standards.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Draughting/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in computer-aided design (CAD) and drafting of building M&E services. Experience in BIM/REVIT will be value added.

Knowledge in AutoCad/ BIM/ Revit

Excellent technical communication skills with engineers.

Strong attention to detail and mathematical abilities.

Able to work within strict deadlines.

Good Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact well at all levels.

Mature personality, independant, initiative, self-motivated .

Applicant must possess own transport with valid driving license .

Minimum 2 years' of relevant experience in M&E engineering design.

Preferably with working experiences in local engineering consultancy firm.
