Job summary

Jurutera Teras Bistari Sdn Bhd, an established M&E engineering consultancy in Malaysia, seeks a Mechanical & Electrical Draughtsman/Designer to join our expanding team.

You will prepare M&E drawings for building services, produce accurate AutoCAD drawings, and coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure compliance. Diploma in M&E and 3–5 years’ experience preferred; Bahasa Melayu and English required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in M&E or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years' M&E drafting experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and strong drawing skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop M&E drawings for building services.
• Produce accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Revise and update drawings per project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, project teams and other disciplines.
• Assist in M&E documentation and submission drawings.

Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Draughtsman/Designer

ABOUT US:

Jurutera Teras Bistari Sdn Bhd is an established Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering Consultancy firm involved in the design, supervision, and management of building services projects throughout Malaysia. We are looking for passionate and committed draughtman to join our growing team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and develop Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) drawings for building services projects.
• Produce accurate technical drawings using AutoCad.
• Revise and update drawings based on project requirements and consultant/client feedback.
• Coordinate with engineers, project teams, and other disciplines to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in preparation of M&E documentation and submission drawings.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E drafting/drawing works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD with excellent technical drawing skills.
• Good knowledge of M&E building services drawings.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Male/Female candidates are welcome to apply.
