KEMAC SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur invites Mechanical Engineering graduates to design, model and inspect mechanical equipment. You will contribute to fabrication drawings, as-built records, and manufacturing coordination, gaining hands-on project exposure.
Fresh graduates are welcome; English and Bahasa Malaysia are required, with Mandarin a plus. This role emphasizes complete engineering cycles and continuous product improvement in an established engineering system solutions provider.
· Mechanical Engineering: Perform mechanical engineering work including design, engineering calculations, technical analysis, testing and problem solving.
· Mechanical Design & 3D Modelling: Develop mechanical designs and prepare accurate 3D models for mechanical equipment, components and assemblies.
· Mechanical Fabrication Drawings: Prepare detailed fabrication drawings, assembly drawings and engineering documentation suitable for manufacturing and fabrication.
· As-Built Drawings: Prepare and maintain accurate as-built drawings based on actual fabricated, installed or modified equipment.
· Design for Manufacturing & Cost Efficiency: Review designs with consideration for manufacturability, material usage, fabrication methods, cost, functionality and ease of assembly.
· Project Coordination: Coordinate assigned engineering projects including drawings, documentation, fabrication progress, technical clarification and project follow-up.
· Manufacturing & Fabrication Liaison: Work closely with fabrication and manufacturing personnel to communicate engineering requirements, resolve fabrication issues and ensure products are manufactured according to design intent.
· Product Development & Improvement: Support the development and improvement of new and existing mechanical equipment, products, designs and manufacturing methods.
· Product Inspection & Testing: Inspect and test manufactured equipment to verify dimensions, quality, functionality and performance. Review test results and recommend improvements where necessary.
· Customer & Site Technical Support: Provide remote or onsite technical support, including inspection, measurement, troubleshooting, installation support, testing and commissioning when required.
· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in mechanical equipment, fabrication, manufacturing or project engineering will be an advantage.
· Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery and mechanical equipment.
· Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin communication skills will be an advantage when dealing with relevant customers and stakeholders
· Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
