Job summary

Rubino Industry in Johor Bahru is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and basic automation issues, conduct regular facility inspections, and coordinate repairs with external contractors. You will maintain logs, ensure safety compliance, and monitor utility systems.

The role requires a certificate/diploma in mechanical, electrical, or building maintenance, with additional CNC/CAD software knowledge viewed as a plus.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Maintenance.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD or CNC-related software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic automation problems.
• Conduct regular inspections of facility structures (walls, floors, roofs, utilities).
• Coordinate with external contractors or vendors for specialized repair works.
• Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and logbooks accurately.
• Ensure all maintenance works comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Perform inspections and monitoring of utility systems (air, water, power).
• Respond promptly to maintenance service requests from other departments.
