Job summary

PPC Moulding Services in Johor is inviting graduates for a technician role. The position requires a Diploma in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical fields and basic knowledge in electrical work.

You'll be involved in overseeing production processes, maintaining equipment, and supporting engineering activities. The role offers exposure to automation, robotics, and facilities maintenance, with a requirement to work shifts, weekends or overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma certificate in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic knowledge in electrical field.
• Interest in automation, robotics, testers, and assembly lines.
• Interest in facilities maintenance.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Basic Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Self-discipline; able to take on challenges and work independently.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, or overtime.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production process, work instructions and engineering-related issues.
• Support customers in engineering-related activities.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and update PM records to ensure machines and equipment operate efficiently.
• Troubleshoot machines and equipment, lines and provide permanent solutions; seek continuous improvement in machine performance.
• Production line setup, conversion and improvement.
• Handle and follow up facilities routine tasks, PM and ad-hoc jobs (Chiller, AHU, building, Fire system, etc).

• -Minimum have diploma certificate in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical Field (Fresh graduates are welcome to interview)
• -Have basic knowledge in electrical field.

Job Task:
