Job summary

Versatile Creation Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a maintenance professional to operate automated manufacturing equipment and ensure production targets are met. You will perform startups, changeovers, and troubleshooting while supporting validation and commissioning activities.

The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring safety and quality. Fresh graduates are welcome; 2+ years in manufacturing or automation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, automation, or equipment maintenance are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems.
• Able to read work instructions, maintenance procedures, and technical drawings.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated manufacturing equipment to meet production targets.
• Perform machine startup, shutdown, product changeovers, and troubleshooting.
• Carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Support equipment validation, process buyoff, and machine commissioning.
• Monitor equipment performance, product quality, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve OEE, yield, and reduce downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records and support TPM and Kaizen activities.
