Job summary

Ctrm Aerosystems in Malaysia is seeking a Material Planner with a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of experience in material planning, procurement, or inventory control. You will develop and execute the Material Purchase Plan and ensure material availability to meet production schedules.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics, monitor inventory, address shortages, and help optimize material flow while reducing costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Composites Manufacturing, Production Planning, or related field required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in material or production planning, procurement, supply chain management, inventory control, or composite manufacturing preferred.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory control methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Material Purchase Plan based on the Material Requirement Plan (MRP).
• Ensure material availability to meet the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and customer delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely material delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, address shortages or excess stock, and support inventory accuracy checks.
• Identify and resolve material supply issues, including delays, and implement mitigation plans.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards while optimizing material flow and reducing costs.
